"The best part of SportsClips by far, is Heather in the North Liberty office. For a regretful short period of time, I stopped seeing her when I moved 30 miles away. It didn't long and I was back. I actually look forward to my haircut appointments, not because she lends an ear to that days stresses but she's such an incredibly positive and sweet person. We talk about our Schnauzers, our homes, her passion for that North Liberty store and so much. What's different, in my experience, is that isn't like the typical bartender that quickly wonders into gossip or negativity. I don't think Heather has that in her. She's incredibly positive and just a joy to be around. It used to be that haircuts inevitably made me sleepy, I find that with Heather the time passes so quickly and I always leave in a better mood than I came in with. With many stressful days in my profession, it's nice to be re-energized for the remainder of the day. I feel like we've become friends and based on her consistent appreciation and admiration for her staff and management-- I only wish I had a position that I could pay enough for to steal her away (and I'll have to continue looking for one). Hiring her would be nothing less than a small lottery win for any company.
